The pieces that make up the "floors" of the cubbies are just a rectangle of wire sandwiches between plastic. if you are putting lightweight items that is fine, but I tried to stack board games in it and it started to sag after just a couple of them were stacked. This may me my failure to read the weight limits, but I feel like the pieces that make up the floors of the cubbies should have more wire for extra support to make this product more durable and multipurpose. This is plastic with a wire frame and comes with your standard connectors like this type usually does. I liked that it had feet instead of just using the regular attachments. I also liked the fact it came with magnetic things to supposedly help hold the door shut. The instructions were pretty simple to follow. The putting it together was a little frustrating. Most of it was simple especially because they give you a little wooden mallet. However some of the pieces, like the actual shelves, you had to almost get perfectly lined up in both brackets and then try to push but because it's only a thin frame with plastic stretched over it you can't really push hard. You have to get the shelf started before using the mallet as well. Once it was assembled and I had made sure all the pieces were all the way into the brackets the doors didn't line up properly. Not only would some of them then not even touch the magnet you place in the bracket but they were grabbing onto each other so you have to be careful when opening or closing them. The 3 doors for the closet have a little connector piece that holds 2 of the doors together, which is nice. However it isn't a strong grasp on the door frame, so I bumped the door and it popped off. So something to be careful about. Since it is plastic be aware there is a lot of static. If you have animals or even just normal stuff will static stick to it. However they wipe off easily enough. I was missing the closet bar. There was no contact seller link like I've been able to do on other orders I've made. I tried emailing the address they had in the instructions but I got a failure notice that the email was shut down, so I have no way to get the part, which is very annoying. Yet they sent me a lot of other extra pieces. I got 2 extra legs, a bunch of extra magnets, extra clips to attach doors to each other, and a couple brackets. These I understand since a lot of companies will give a few extra and I appreciate that since some of the things don't seem like they would stay on well enough over time. However I ended up with 2 extra shelves as well, so instead of 25 like the instructions say I had 27. Overall it isn't a horrible product. Was a little annoying to put together. I appreciated the extra touches they did than the standard brackets, such as the magnets and legs. The fact some of the doors don't sit right even though everything is in as far as it will go in, so in the proper places. Mostly it is very annoying I can't contact the seller to get replacement parts, so either I have a closet organizer with no closet bar or I would have to return it to buy again just for that small part. I recently moved into an apartment and found myself in desperate need of an additional storage solution, as the space only had one closet. After a bit of searching, I landed on this portable closet which has proven to be both useful and sturdy, despite a few flaws along the way. Since the portable closet arrived disassembled, I got to put it together myself, which can be quite therapeutic for some, including myself. It had an interesting and unique building technique/system, which made the process enjoyable. However, the instructions could have been clearer and better organized, particularly when it comes to labeling the parts. Some extra parts were included, which led to confusion during the assembly process, but overall it wasn’t too challenging. I did have a minor issue with not following the directions properly. Make sure to hammer in the connectors as you go (a small wooden mallet is provided) and save yourself the headache of redoing it. Once assembled correctly, the portable closet turns out to be very tall and spacious, providing ample room for storage. It feels sturdy, particularly when the connectors are properly in place. The white material used for the exterior is, unfortunately, a dirt magnet, getting dirty rather quickly. However, the design of the closet is appealing, especially since it has little doors for each section, unlike many other open-style wardrobes. This feature adds a touch of privacy and keeps your belongings hidden from plain sight. Despite a few flaws during the assembly process and the easily smudged material, the portable closet is a worthy addition to any home that's short on storage space. Its spacious and sturdy design, combined with the added privacy of separate doors, makes it a convenient and practical solution for those in need. There is a lot of pieces to put together and it's time consuming . The mallot it came with to pound the plastic pieces together which is needed broke in 2 min . It is thin sheet plastic so it will not hold A lot Or anything of weight . I am using it for pool Towels and pool toys which is perfect . You have to click the metal part into the plastic connectors so it doesn't come apart and it becomes somewhat sturdy ... show more

I had high hopes for this storage, and in theory it is a really good design. It is, however, a little too flimsy to be used for anything more than light items. It was easy to put together, but one of the rings in the door immediately popped off the first time I opened the door and there was a small tear in the fabric door. Having purchased this for my daughter's future dorm room use, I am reluctant to unpack and assemble it all here and now in case it is NOT so easy to take apart and re-pack, re-assemble there in a few months. I am uncertain how to proceed, as it will truly be a challenge to move the cubes all that way in assembled fashion. But until I assemble it all, I don't know...nor do I know how sturdy, how much weight each cube holds, how easily to manipulate any of it. Stay tuned...but please let me know, too, if you've already played with it! ... show more
