Maybe it was an old batch, but it smelled stronger than usual and I always wished it would. Just wish it was more moisturizing and the scent lasted longer. Until then, I'll continue using it w solid cocoa butter.

I have used Johnson's Baby lotion for all three of my kids and I loved it. Two of my kiddos have eczema and one has super sensitive skin and this lotion has never failed them. Their skin was always soft and smooth and did not break them out once. Unfortunately, the "old" formula was discontinued in 2018. The new formula that they have come out with is still great when it comes to being soft on skin and safe. The smell is different than before as now its not as a pure "baby" smell, if that makes sense. There is something else in there that changes it. It might be the coconut or aloe but it changed the smell as well as the texture. The lotion used to just feel smooth coming out of the bottle. Now it has a weird almost kind of sticky feel to it. That being said, unfortunately we are going to start looking for other lotion but still have this on reserve for emergencies. ... show more
