These run at least 2-3 sizes small. I ordered 3X for my Mom who wears a size18-20 but they wouldn't fit her even to try on. They fit me perfectly and I'm a size 12-14 or L. The thickness of these sweats are decent but they are made of a shiny nylon that could snag easily on branches and pet toenails. They are comfortable if you order 2-3 sizes up. Well first of all I’m not happy with the way I did this, ordered without really knowing what the total price was. Well, the old saying of if it’s too good to be true then it’s not! At 72 I should know this! Then when I get the item, it might fit a ten year old thin girl. I even ordered up a size! I think these so called joggers were $1-2. Still no bargain when they aren’t worth a flip. I don’t even want to tell you what I paid for shipping…..$22. I am still so aggravated about this.
