Sitting or standing, these pants are comfortable. They do not slide down or gap open at the rear. The leg cuff is not too tight. There are no itchy tags anywhere on the pants. They hold up well when washed and dried. I would offer, be careful when deciding on a size. I used the size guide provided. I would usually order a large, but ordered an extra large because in the past, they seemed to run a bit smaller and because the size guide told me an extra large and I am carrying about ten extra pounds these days. I did not need to size up. The extra large is too big for me. I weigh approximately 175 pounds, waist 36 inches, hips 45.5 inches and bust 38D. I have a short waist and short legs. I love the jogger ankles on these cuz I'm short and tend to be walking on other scrubs. Also, this might sound crazy but, I thought the zippers on the waist were for extra room at first. But when I unzipped they didn't do anything. I still couldn't stop messing with the zippers thankfully tho because after wearing them for a whole shift I discovered at home that THEY'RE POCKETS! Nice size zip up pockets lol. I have a small hernia and struggle with comfortable waistlines and these seem to be great in that aspect too. I'm 5'3" and 195lbs I got the XXL tall. Sounds weird but I'm genuinely in love with these scrub pants! I'm a case manager in nursing care and I've worn these both in my care unit and on paperwork days! They're so comfy and genuinely really cute! They fit like joggers which is perfect because I'm pretty short (5'4) and curvy (size 14/16 pant) so anything too clingy doesn't fit right. I ordered XXL just for the extra room and I have zero regrets, but they're true to size over all and I could have gone down to XL without any issues and a better fit in my waist. These look amazing and the pockets! I know scrubs have pockets but the zippers go on for forever and I legit put my coffee cup in the thigh pocket while I was pushing a wheelchair and it all worked perfectly. This brand is my go to scrubs. I own the bottoms and tops. I’m 5’ 2”, 155lbs. I wear medium bottoms and small top. I like that fact I don’t have to mess with strings or be worried about losing the string within the pants. It is stretchy at the waist, and a comfortable fit. Jogger style for the go, go. I have the grey, royal, black, and pink colors. For some reason, my pink pair runs a bit smaller to size. All other colors run true to size. These scrubs are part of my weekly rotation, they are part of every laundry load I do because thats how often I reach for them. I was skeptical of these pants just because I have a hard time finding scrub bottoms that are flexible, fit me length-wise & dont squeeze the life out of your stomach but these do none of those things! They do have a lot or stretch to them and I get them in a L petite since I’m 5’1 and they fit great, I might even go to a regular L because they rise up a bit by the ankle when I sit down. If you’re shorter than 5’1 the petite will definitely fit right! These really are some of the cutest/comfiest scrub bottoms I own and will be re-purchasing in different colors :) ... show more

I tend to be between sizes so I tried to play it safe by ordering a large. Unfortunately they were a little too big all over and I was too afraid that they wouldn’t shrink to keep them.
