I was honestly nervous buying this lamp because I saw reviews saying it stopped working within the first month, especially for only around $10. So far though, mine has worked really well and I’ve used it around 10 times already. I haven’t had it for a full month yet, so I’ll update later if anything changes. I mainly use it for curing gel polish on my toes and curing top coats on my press-ons. I mostly use the low heat mode because the regular settings can sometimes cause a burning feeling, especially if product accidentally gets on your skin. Sometimes I’ll finish with a quick 30 or 60 seconds on normal mode and it cures perfectly fine. One thing I really like is that it fits my whole hand, including my thumb, and there are lights on the sides so everything cures evenly. My only complaint is the cord is VERY short. If you’re not near a wall outlet, you’ll probably need an extension cord. Overall though, I’m really happy with it so far and think it’s worth it for the price.

I purchased this because I ruined one of my nails right before vacation. I also purchased a gel top coat. I didn’t have much hope, but it worked perfectly! It sealed the topcoat and it was smooth as silk, and you couldn’t tell which nail was messed up. Great nail dryer, and only $8.49!

Getting married in a year so I’m looking to save $$ on my girl maintenance where I can. I bought this Jodsone nail lamp for roughly a little under $9 to start doing my nails at home. It came with the lamp, plug & cord. I used it to cure the glue for my press ons, and it did a decent job. My manicure lasted 3.5 weeks. Full disclosure it’s not the sturdiest but that’s to be expected. I like that the lamp is detachable and makes it easy to store or even travel with. However, the bottom piece where you place your hand in kept detaching itself from the lamp hood while I was using it. I wish that part was less flimsy and had a stronger mechanism to lock the lamp into place. Also make sure you plug it directly into the wall as I had issues with it not connecting to the electric on my extension chord and not powering on. Other than that it does the job. If you’re looking for a cheap way to save on nails this is a good option. If you have a little more change to work with I’d look elsewhere.
