I was worried about getting not the infinity hoop brand but this works GREAT. it’s so easy to get going around it is a little noisy but not enough to bother me while I’m watching something to pass the time doing it. My Apple Watch thought I was on an elliptical !!! I felt more tired and my legs a little more sore than when I just do my exercise bike. I will def be doing this as part of my weight loss journey. If you are considering getting a hoop and are not sure about getting an expensive one. DO IT. the weight is perfect! I wouldn’t recommend having it sit on skin because it did pinch a few times but overall, amazing product. I will come back and update the review after I’ve done it for a few weeks to see if I notice any difference or loose any links. :) ... show more

LOVE this hoop! I just returned a different brand for not working properly and being extremely hard to take off. This one is very easy to use, easy to get off, easy to adjust the length of the weight rope, and easy to keep continuously rotating! I’m hoping to loose a little weight, as well improve my lower back and hip issues. Time will tell how well this helps, but for now, it’s fun to use! It’s a little noisy as expected, but it seems sturdy and rotates smoothly! I can use it while watching a 30 minute TV show and the time passes pretty quickly! I will update at a later date as to whether it actually works to help lose weight, but for now I definitely recommend! ... show more

Get it!! I am very impressed. Its an easy workout that's different than my normal. I first have it high on my waistline. ( This product did not come with a waistband but I highly recommend using one.If you have one. It makes a big different. Not so much pressure) i did two miles. According to my walking fit app.... then, I lowered the waist belt around my hips, and did another mile... i did put up a little bit of a sweat. And I kept my arms raised up to a fighting stance, most of the time. I think if you had a little bit of weight, that would add an extra upper body workout as well. I would squat down and tighten my buttocks, as it is around my waist. I am sure to feel that tomorrow. Yes I jumped in with both feet. And I definitely will be feeling it tomorrow.... as for the noise, it does not bother me. No it is not silent. No, it would not wake up my son if he was sleeping in the other room. It keeps a nice rhythm sound if i'm doing my workout properly. So don't hesitate with all the messages about how loud it is. It's about the same amount as noise or a little bit less than my treadmill. I put on my t v program and I can hear it just. Or I put in my earbuds and go to town... i'm going to try to do this 34 times a week.And in a few weeks, I'll give an update.... but I think it's a great addition to your workout. It was easy to put the plastic pieces together. I got the turquoise color it's pretty. The wait glides very smoothly. And I found, if I let it go to the very edge of the string, it worked better for me. Between my, and around my hips. I had to add five links. Super easy to click on and click off. The material is smooth as well. I feel it in my feet. My calves. My thighs, my butt, my hips, my tummy. And my arms. Play with how wide your stance is. It will work different parts of your body. I do a deeper squat when it's around my hips. Oh boy do I feel that burn... and don't forget to change direction. If I swirl to the left, I feel it burn in my. If I swirl to the right, I feel it burn in my left thigh... try to do even amounts on both sides... hopefully when I get better at it. I'm going to add a weighted vest to my body workout. I have about thirty pounds to lose. Well on my way... good luck friends!!! Just keep moving!!! ... show more

Works great! Have to practice getting it moving! I figured out a wide stance, and a longer string on the weight is easier to keep going. Think hoola hoop. Easy to assemble. Seems sturdy. I’m an xl Pant, I used 23 sections, and could easily, if I want it tighter go down to 21. This one has plenty of sections to use! ... show more

I was a little nervous that this hoop would live up to the hype I've been seeing online for this type of hoop, but it's actually been wonderful. I try to do at least ten minutes a day with it and I think it is helping not only my stomach area get more fit, but also my hips to loosen up. It took a little getting used to--the first day I could only do about 2 minutes before my hips really protested. But now I can do up to thirty minutes at a time, especially with an audiobook to listen to or a TV show to watch, and it's fun and easy. The color is true to the photos. I bought a teal one, a darker blue one, and a purple one for my family. We'll see how the durability lasts but so far I've had it about three months, use it almost daily, and it's holding up fine. So far I love it, I just recieved it yesterday and have spent maybe a total of 30 min using it. It's fun, just like a hula hoop that never falls. I am a 2x-3x and I ordered the 56". I was still able to remove a couple links and it fits well. My daughter is an XS and we were able to adjust to her size also. Removing and connecting links is easy. The track runs smoothly. Sure, there is noise, but I tend to like the sound of the track for rhythm. I really hope this holds up. Even if it lasted a year, for the price and amount of use it's so worth it. ... show more
