These gussets make me a lot more confident in my little Dana 30. I am by no means a professional welder. I needed new ball joints, so this was the perfect time to sleeve and gusset the axle. Set the gussets on. Marked the weld areas with a paint pen. Then used a flapper wheel on my grinder and a wire brush on my drill to get the axle tube and c gussets down to bare metal. Burnt them in with a stick welder. Very nice precision fit piece. ... show more

    • Added the strength I needed on my D30 C's and ...
Added the strength I needed on my D30 C's and am now running 37's on my JK. Also did a full axle truss and Barnes lower control arm skids. Front rear is rock solid now...hopefully I can run it in this configuration for awhile with the 37's before I have to upgrade to a built D44.

Great product easy to install and the fitment is very precise. Also the thickness of these plates makes these very strong. I'm happy with this product if you own a JK and have a lift and bigger tires this is a must have !

Perfect fit for my 2015 Rubicon. Added strength. Make sure to change ball joints when adding C’s.
