This product shipped fast. However, the garment rack came missing one critical screw, but a trip to the local hardware store solved that problem. The assembly was easy enough considering I was able to assemble it by myself. An electric drill was most helpful to me in the assembly of this product because some of the screws are difficult to screw in by hand with a manual screwdriver. The product seems sturdy enough, but I intend to be careful not to overload it. The pictures that I included of the garment rack are not at the maximum height that this garment rack could be. I got this rack to put inside my closet for gym clothes. It’s a little bigger than I expected but still fits in my closet. The assembly was pretty straight forward and easy to understand, but a little difficult to execute with such a small screw driver. Other reviews mention using a larger screw driver and I wish I had thought of that. I definitely cussed at this thing multiple times while putting in the small screws. It looked promising at first, with its sleek design and easy assembly. However, I was disappointed to find that it's not as sturdy as I had hoped. While putting it together was a breeze, the rack couldn't handle a substantial amount of clothes, causing it to topple over and even come off the hinges. The lack of durability is a major concern, especially if you need a clothing rack to hold a significant number of garments. It's a shame because the gold finish and the bottom shelf were attractive features, but the overall performance fell short of expectations. I will say it was nice it came with a screw driver, not a lot of products do, however using the one it came with was inherently more difficult to assemble. It is the wrong size and caused alot more slipping when adding force. As soon as I switched to another one the assembly speed increased 10x. Wish I switched earlier. This is as pictured, came with all the parts and even had extra parts remaining, instructions were overall easy to follow and easy to put together. It is not the sturdiest I use it for coats and the middle hangs a bit low due to the weight but overall good for the price.
