I'm a low maintenance fragrance newbie, inexperience in selecting and describing scents. I wanted something that smelled pretty but wasn't overpowering, and didn't skew too hard toward old-fashioned potpourri or childish body sprays. This smells beautiful, very feminine and not too heavy (and doesn't give me a headache like some fragrances do). Carries a little on the air but it's not going to stink up every elevator you enter unless you lay it on thick. As a test of strength and longevity, I sprayed it twice on my chest during the evening, and could still smell it 12hrs later after sleeping and having breakfast. That's pretty good, I think, for a fragrance that isn't overpowering to begin with. It smells identical to the product sold at Ulta and seems to have the same lasting power, so I believe it's genuine. ... show more

I like this scent. It's a real sophisticated scent. The only thing is it smells kind of expensive after closer inspection so that kind of detracts for me since I don't like wearing stuff that screams money but still the scent is very tasteful so it's hard to rule it out.
