I'm as pale white as they come. i havnt had a sun suntan in in 30 years my legs are so white they will blind you lol after just one use i could see a nice subtle color. Just lovely! On day 2 very noticeable light tan. i put it on in the shower when i'm done, i just air dry while i do my face skin care. I know it says to towel dry after but it seems like you'd just be wiping the product off? I hope the color keeps developing into this nice brown. i look forward to seeing the results after a full week of use. Edit: ugh i hate it. once i was outside in the natural light, i looked like i had jaundice. it was splothie and this was after 3days of not using it.

I used to use this product a decade ago or more, so I decided to try it again. I’m on a budget and need a white girlie tan! 😆 This in-shower lotion was under $10! I’ve always liked the tan I get from Jergen’s gradual self-tanners, both the lotion and this product. I feel like this one is a little quicker to develop compared to the regular lotion. I attached a pic of my leg 3 days apart. I applied “medium to deep” after my bath 2 nights in a row. I noticed a subtle glow the first time, and now I think I’ve achieved the light tan I was going for! I don’t want to look too dark or fake, so now I’ll just maintain it by applying it every 2-3 days. It doesn’t stink nearly as much as others do. It’s a little perfumey, but I like it. I haven’t gotten too many streaks or patches. No color on my clothing or sheets. When I wake up, I smell a faint fake tanner smell, but it washes away. If I can’t shower right away (like when I have to take my son to his bus stop), I just wipe off with wipes and use a smelly lotion…. It works! My tips: Apply it to freshly wet skin, but start with a quarter-size amount. I do my upper body first, use the leftover on my hands to apply to my face, then do my lower half. I avoid going between toes and fingers. On the second night, I also avoided my knees, ankles, and elbows. If you have dry skin, apply a small amount of regular lotion to those areas first (even on damp skin). Scrub any areas that look too saturated to achieve an even tan. Slightly orange in pics, but in person it has a healthy glow and looks richer! Makes me feel more confident in shorts and at the gym. ☀️

I am a male and have used almost twice a day for an entire week a couple of days have used once. After showrr before bed and after morning shower. This has worked almost perfectly. Did slightly start to make feet orange so I stopped. Has darkened me entirely without being noticeable that I am using tanning. Def worth the money and noticed a change after day 1. Has made a nice warm darker brown color. I wish it would go darker so I am keeping using it. Accurate to say this is not going to make you very dark but definitely takes away the pale Color and creates a natural look for sure. This is not for people that want to get really dark.

There is a learning curve to all self tanners. I have been using them for years due to skin cancer years ago. I use gloves and put on skin in a circular motion so there will be no streaks. Self tanners may streak if you rub it in a vertical or horizontal manner. Rub, rub, and rub until all the lotion is soaked in. Afterwards, take a dry washcloth and rub knees, backs of knees, ankles, wrists, armpits, and neck while gradually rubbing into the surrounding skin. You don't want the lotion on those areas but you don't want to take off the lotion on the surrounding areas so just do a gradual rubbing. Even with gloves, you will get the lotion on the wrists, so pay close attention to rub off the lotion on the wrists. If you have sunspots, freckles, moles, and other spots on your skin, remember it will also turn those areas darker, which is the reason I do not put it on my face. I usually put on self tanners right before bed and wear old long pajama pants because it may rub off on your clothes or sheets. By the next morning, the tanner will have worked and you can take a shower. You will see brown tanner run off your skin in the shower, but don't worry because the tanner will have already started darkening your skin. It may take some practice, but If you follow these instructions, you should develop a flawless and pretty tan. I usually use the tanner about once a week in order to keep a good tan. Also, you can still get sunburned, so use sunscreen. Now you can have a pretty tan without damaging your skin in the sun.

I’m quite pale and don’t do well in the sun—too much time outside usually ends in a rash for me. I wanted something that could give my skin a bit of warmth without the fuss of traditional self-tanners, and this has been perfect for that. It gives a subtle, natural-looking glow that builds gradually, which I really appreciate because it doesn’t look fake or streaky. I mostly use it on my legs and glutes, and it gives just enough color to bring out definition—especially nice after working hard through winter at the gym. The fact that you apply it on wet skin right after showering makes it super easy and quick to use, which is a huge plus. It leave this characteristic smell of a self tanner on you skin but it's very subtle. However, after multiple uses the scent builds up on a towel. I keep a separate towel for the days I use it, and when I am not. But it doesn’t stain towels. Absorbs fast enough that I can get dressed pretty quickly afterward. It’s not going to give you a dramatic tan overnight, but for a soft glow that enhances your natural tone, it’s become a staple for me.

I love this in shower lotion with the gradual tanning agent. It moisturizes fairly well and over time gives the skin a very nice tan hue. I use the medium to deep one and love the tone it leaves. I will say that you should wash hands or wipe between fingers once you get out of shower or will have marks. Other than that, it leaves an even gradual color all over with good moisture as well.
