I got this for my 11 year old daughter who loves her stuff toys and 'My Melody' is one of her favorite characters. The plush pillow is very soft and cuddly. The colors are vibrant. The pillow is bigger than expected so she doesn't sleep with it as it is too bulky. But she keeps it as a room decor. The bottom is heavy so it doesn't fall which is great. However, the head droops down and it needs support to be upright. Also, a minor complaint from my girl - the bow should be yellow and not pink. ... show more

My 6year old loves this. It's not too heavy for her but she snuggles it like a pillow. It's about the size of a normal stuffed animal, so I'm not sure I'd call it a pillow, but it's still great. It has weighted beads inside.

What else can I say? Got this for my 6 year old niece and it was a hit! The bottom is filled with bean-bag material so she can sit. the head can wobble a bit, but if you want it as a display piece, it will stay up with just a bit of fussing.

This My Melody plush is so adorable! It’s very soft it’s a pretty decent size and the weight of it is perfect! Really good quality a little pricey but worth it!

The My Melody weighted plush toy arrives packed into a clear plastic bag inside a box. The plush pillow is about 19" long and weighs in at 2.5 lbs so not too heavy of a weight to be uncomfortable for small kids. The description is a little light on what the body of the pillow is stuffed with, only that they use non-toxic materials and that the weights are "beans". Since the instructions say to spot clean only, I am wondering if these *are* an organic material like real dried beans since you can machine wash the plastic bead material used for most weighted toys. The fabric is soft, a long staple textured fur. With the weight in her behind, Melody sits up nicely. Very cute toy. ... show more

literally obsessed with this weighted plush! i originally saw the non-weighted version, but when i saw this option i knew i had to get it. i know the dimensions are listed, but it was bigger than i expected! the quality is really nice, she's soft and the fibers don't seem flimsy or likely to shed. only the bottom of the belly is weighted, it's not overwhelming but a good weight. i love holding her when im having a rough day, or for therapy sessions. i would definitely recommend! ... show more

What's pink and white and soft and has a weighted bottom to help keep it upright? Yes...this thing. I don't know anything about all the different styles or characters, but I do know that my youngest granddaughter will love this thing when she gets it for Christmas. The fabric is very soft and squeezable. And as I mentioned, there is added weight positioned in the bottom of the toy so as to aid in keeping it in place and upright. ... show more
