Pros: We bought this to pair with our toddler's play couch. My 2 year old loves it and has a lot of fun opening and closing the "door" of his fort. I love that it comes with a separate door piece so that it can be used as a door, or as a solid wall. We also love using it stacked on our 4 pc. play couch in a "throne" configuration with the gate opening forming the "chair". This piece really adds to the number of ways we can play with the couch which is awesome. So far it is holding up well as a toy that is played with daily (and roughly!). Neutral: The castle gate is made by an American manufacturer which is great, but the price definitely reflects this while the quality is not what I would expect in such a case. I appreciate the company's efforts but it feels like some corners were cut when it comes to the quality of the overall piece. Cons: The foam used for this castle gate is not very dense at all compared to other play couches and as a result it does have a hard time standing up by itself for any length of time. It's very easy for my toddler to knock it down which means I'm having to constantly set the fort back up. ... show more

We got this for our daughters birthday, and it “inflated” super fast from being in the shrink package. It was ready to play by morning and within 48 hours looked perfect. So far she loves it, and I know this will create some long and amazing amounts of play time!
