I wanted a silk look for a comforter but not the underneath to be slippery. The bottom is cotton(maybe blend) lined so it doesn’t slide like all silk. It’s certainly not a thick comforter, very thin and airy. I live in Florida, thought, so it’s perfect for me. I love the texture!

I bought this quilted bedspread for my king bed, fit perfectly, really happy with this quilt coverlet! The color is darker than the pictures, beautiful brown color with great sewing, very well done, which goes very well with my curtains, it is greatly exceeded my expectations! The quilt is soft, lightweight, not too heavy and launders well, I can easily handle this by myself. Tight stitching with floral pattern, it is easy to clean it, that is why I select it and I expect it will last. Last, this is a very pretty set and worth the money I paid for it.

The material is soft. I have not washed it yet. It is not quite big enough, though, for my king sized bed. The edges do not reach the bottom of the mattress. So be sure to check the measurements. Also the color is not quite what I wanted, I expected it to be more of a dark red but it has tones of purple in it. I am only using it at the foot of the bed so it works ok for me, which is why I didn't return it. If it had of been for my bed as a bedspread, it would have been too small. I do really like the scalloped edges though. It adds a nice touch.

I have ordered this because I can use it as a winter blanket for California weather. But it can be used as a bedsheet as well. The quality of the cloth is really very nice and soft. One can easily use it as a blanket and as a bedsheet. The color is really strong and I used it after washing it. The color remains the same. It has a very high quality I would say. It has two pillow cover and it has all the sides with curly edges. The print and the thread work is durable and lasting. I recommend all of you who are looking for a thick cover, go for this. 5 stars.
