This is my holy grail lipstick! It's moisturizing without being slippery or tacky, just feels like a lip balm that stays in place. The stain color is bright and lasts evenly all day. Customer service is also spectacular about any issues if you reach out on their company website. One time I got a tube where the consistency was off- tasted like Vaseline and didn't stain well, but from other tubes I know it doesn't have a taste and usually stains well. They immediately resolved it when I emailed them.

This is my favorite lipstick for when you just want a pop of color. Goes on and feels like chap stick, very smooth. Initially has no color but within a minute or two it changes to a beautiful tint. Very slight, but great for those ‘no makeup, with makeup’ days, ladies you know what i mean.

WOW! This is one of my new favorite products. I now have all the colors. It is moisturizing and provides a beautiful color--it gives a polished but natural look. I have only used it as a lip product vs a cheek stain. I love that the company focuses on clean ingredients.

Hydrating, light, long lasting lip balm. The color develops after the application and adds a nice rosy shade to your lips. The only reason I rated it 4 stars is the price. This is a very small lip balm and it’s way more expensive than other brands.

The product has a pleasant, mild fragrance, but is essentially no more than a very slightly tinted chapstick. Will not buy again. Update 3 months later: I still use the product, but want to add that this is a very sheer pH lip stain; not red, but a pleasant watermelon-like color, as depicted in the product's photo. I have tried other "mood lipsticks" and find them to be the same type of product as the Jane Iredale. I would buy it again, but I still believe this product is waaaaay overpriced!

Forever Pink - My skin is warm, fair-medium and it added a nice flush of color and light glow on my checkbones and brow bone. Looks natural and is buildable, but you don't need much. Wait a few minutes before adding more. It lasted all day and feels light on your skin. Love it on skin. Lips: If your lips are very dry, you need to exfoliate dry lips first or it will pill on your lips. It's not drying on lips, but not very moisturizing either. I like the color on my pale lips as it makes them look darker and still very natural and subtle. The only downside is it doesn't last long on my lips, but nothing does. After the morning application, I'd rather reapply a $5 tinted balm in my pocket that I can use all day for more moisture. I'd still reorder it, but only because I think it looks very good on skin. If your lips aren't on the dry side, it may last a long time and is great for a more natural look.

I love this stuff! I can never find a color of lipstick that I like on me but this stuff is perfect. I think it just deepens your natural color and makes it brighter. I also usually hate the feeling of sticky lip stuff but this is smooth and hydrating and feels great. The stain lasted long too!
