This skate is great for beginners. Super comfy and really easy to break in. The sizing chart is way off (I am usually a 7.5 or a 8 but im a 5.5 in ice skates (got professionally fitted).) They do not come pre sharpened just for awareness. Once you advance (doing spins, turns, etc) you will need to upgrade but these were great for initially learning and seeing if I liked ice skating. :) ... show more

These Jackson Ultima Mystique skates are stylish, fit well, and provide good warmth—even during long skating sessions. As someone returning to the sport, I really enjoyed how comfortable and secure they felt on the ice. For the first couple of months, I skated almost daily for two hours, and they performed nicely. Unfortunately, after that period of consistent use, the sides began to bend and lose their structure, which impacted both comfort and stability. It became clear that while these skates are great for beginners or casual use, they may not hold up for more regular or intense skating. That said, considering how expensive figure skates can be, this bundle is still a solid value—especially with the Guardog skate guards included. If you're just starting out or skating for fun, they’re a great option. But if you’re planning to skate seriously, I’d recommend investing in a higher-end pair with better long-term durability. ... show more
