Originally, I ordered a pair of these skates in women size 9 for myself. Then, my daughter and I liked them so much, we ordered a second pair for my daughter in size 8. They are very pretty, well padded and comfortable on the inside, and firmly support your ankles. I really enjoy skating in them.

Wonderfully packaged with manufacturer’s blade covers. They were indeed shipped sharpened, but I had access to a tech at the rink who was pleased to sharpen them further for me. He was impressed with these skates. Lacing them was a breeze! Everyone commented on the snazzy blue color which is fun, but comfort and supreme ankle support was a priority. I’m 58 and measure 9 1/2...prefer a wide shoe, but the 10’s felt made just for me without a bulky sock. So warm! The perfect upgrade from my former skates! ... show more

My 8 year old son has been taking ice skating lessons for about a year and a half (minus 8 months break of covid). He has always used the rental skates. We recently purchased these skates for better comfort and also better ankle control. For a beginner, these are perfect. They are snug but not uncomfortable. My son has never complained about them being too tight or hurting in any spots. The first day he put them on, he said they were very comfortable. They are also easy to get on and lace up. The laces are thick and sturdy and a perfect length to double knot. He can get the tongue in easily and then lace them himself. I love these skates. They are comfortable and my feet do not get cold. I've used them several times this winter for both pond and rink skating and haven't had to worry about sharpening the blades yet.

My daughter loved these skates. They are canvas and not leather which I didn’t realize when I bought them, but it is better bc probably more comfortable. She has a wide foot so we had the get them stretched at the skate shop....but plenty of room in the length. The size in right. She wear size 13 toddler...so we sized up to Youth size 1 which will give her time to grow with these. The colors are perfect for little girls. I would recommend and buy them again. ... show more

Bought these for skating on our lake. They were very comfortable right out of the box, but did need to be sharpened.
