First the cons: 1)The product's packing is not that great. I had two deliveries and both boxes were smashed and the boxes were partially opened in the Amazon package but the product's contents were intact and still useable. 2) The cardboard straws don't last very long if you plan on sipping your drink; they degrade pretty quickly. Pros: 1) It is simple, fast, and easy to make. Microwave the boba pearls, dissolve taro powder with boiling water, add ice, stir, add milk, add to cup, add boba pears and taro milk mixture into a cup and enjoy this delicious drink! 2) Did I mention that this was delicious? It is very refreshing. The brown sugar boba pearls are chewy and the taro milk tea is not too sweet. My husband who doesn't care for boba drinks or milk teas loves this one. I have to order more. 3) This is a great value since a similar taro milk tea with boba around here costs $7+.

Flavor Name: Taro Milk Tea with Brown Sugar Boba
I absolutely love the boba pearls and it’s so easy to just microwave and it’s ready. It has a nice soft chew and great brown sugar flavor. As for the milk tea, the taro flavor isn’t as strong as I would like and not sweet enough either. I would add a bit more sugar syrup.

So we have a boba truck in town that my oldest has to go to anytime they're set up. I wanted to order some different flavors to have at home to cut back on cost and this was a great choice! I read some review that said Taro is a vanilla-coconut flavor but honestly I think this taste like strawberry milk and I love it. The boba turns out perfect in my microwave if I heat for an addition 2 to 3 seconds. The tea is great. Super easy to make. I use hot water from my espresso machine and i can make one start to finish in under a minute. We love this brand and flavor.

Great product and a nice price, but they really need to reassess their straws. The boba pearls get caught inside the flimsy waxed cardboard straws. These straws are not plastic and are not the hard compostable ones made of corn oil, either. They're just made of thick paper with a shiny coating. The straw falls apart and becomes flattened before you're even finished. Luckily, I have a reusable boba tea straw from another reusuable shaker cub boba tea kit from a different company. I'll be using it for the remainder of the envelopes of boba tea in this box. Ridiculous straw. I can understand the environmental need, but for Pete's sake, make a straw that WORKS and doesn't clog up and/or turn flat!

This is actually really good! And so easy. Takes less than a minute total in the microwave, the boba come out perfect in texture, no boiling water/making boba in bulk/refrigerating boba like other kits I’ve seen.

I don't know. I added oat milk and then anothe .time almond/coconut milk. Maybe that's why this taste like cold mucous that I just coughed out of my chest. I think thisbisndue to the syrup. Maybe this is just a bad batch. I hope this isn't recalled. I don't like this at all. I also have boba now. I'll use that instead. I like that one.
