The main question is do these actually work to reduce eye strain and headaches? Yes. I did a little bit of research on different brands and decided to go with these because they were straightforward with what the product offered without over-hyping it with needless marketing terms. They are very light-weight but they don't feel like cheap at all. It's an odd kind of plastic that is sturdy and solid and doesn't immediately feel like plastic. They are smooth, flat and what I feel could be considered low-profile. I've worn them for as little as an hour and for as long as eight hours and they are perfectly comfortable. I haven't once noticed any discomfort from wearing them, including while wearing them with circumaural headphones. The headphones fit over them comfortably and I can barely notice I have the glasses on. So if you're worried about discomfort while gaming with headphones, don't be. In the two weeks that I've been using them I have seen a significant reduction in the minor headaches associated with staring at a computer all day. I've also noticed much less eye strain but these don't cure that completely. I also alternated using them one day and not the next and the difference is very noticeable to me. They do help with eye strain while gaming but it's minimal, but enough that I do wear them when I play. The biggest benefit has been using them in normal computer tasks: emails, excel, reading lots of text, etc. My only problem with the glasses is the nose bridge. It's a wide bridge so if you have a narrow or even a medium nose the top of the frame sits very near your line of vision. This wouldn't be a problem if they were reading glasses or if you're tilting your head down to look at a phone, but when you are staring straight at a computer screen they create an annoyance. I constantly find myself tilting my head slightly back so my eyes stare through the center of the lenses which is uncomfortable. I think a great addition to the product might be the inclusion of some slim nose pads that could be applied if needed - I would even pay a little more for that. So now I'm left finding some nose pads to make these glasses fit perfectly. Not the fault of the manufacturer because they are a universal size, but a gripe nonetheless. At the end of the day I consider these glasses money very well spent and I'm kicking myself for not having invested in these a long time ago. They come with a hard protective case and a lens cleaning cloth which is a very nice addition but I think the inclusion of some nose pads would make this a perfect product. So I bought these because I saw my cousin with a similar pair not the same brand though. Found it strange because she doesn't wear glasses and this was during the covid lockdown period so basically a lot of work was done online. When she said what they were for I immediately looked up for them. Now i get migraine headaches when my eyes are exposed to too much light whether it be sunlight or looking at a screen. So as a person that was working and studying online I found that these really do help. I haven't gotten any headaches since wearing them CONSISTENTLY. I don't really wear them when I'm outside that often I would use sunglasses instead. Not to say they don't work out in sunny and well lit areas. These are a good investment. I bought these on Prime Day and was skeptical of them working. Well, they work a lot better than i thought they would. I have a slight astigmatism which cannot be corrected by my contacts because its too low, but I sit at a computer 8 hours a day and by the end of the day my eyes are tired and my astigmatism really starts ghosting and I often get pretty bad headaches by around 2-3pm. I've been wearing these glasses for 6 days now. The first two days I didnt notice a ton of difference in the end of day tiredness of my eyes, but that was possibly due to the long term build up. On day 3 is when I really noticed a huge difference. One day I forgot to put them on until around 1pm and I strated to get a headache, but within 1 hour of putting them on my headache was gone. I do love these glasses and will continue to recommend them but there are 2 things i have had to get used to which results in the loss of a star. 1. The glare/reflection on the inside of the glasses. I went with the normal version of the glasses because I work in an office with plenty of ambient light, but I still get a decent amount of reflection that i've had to get used to. Its not too bad but it takes some getting used to. 2. They are REALLY hard to wipe clean. I always use the cloth they provided but I could wipe these things for 10 minutes a few times a day and they will still have streaks and smudges on them. I'm not sure if its something to do with the coating but it is really a pain to have to spend so much time cleaning them. I've had these and have been using them on and off for 4 years. They instantly make it feel more comfortable to look at a bright computer screen. It's harder to tell if they help with sleep patterns or anything like that. They are also actually pretty stylish. I don't wear glasses or contacts normally, but if I did, I would like these frames! They are also pretty durable and have spring-back ear pieces. The only thing I don't like about them is that they are IMPOSSIBLE to keep clean. They are plastic lenses, must not be very smooth or hardened, and any dust or grease just smears on them and is hard to remove. Every couple months I get fed up and wash them in the sink with soap and water. ... show more
