This was the first pair of pants that I was able to actually find that fit me as promised. Quality of these pants are excellent, the legs are extremely wide for big and wide calfs and thighs, and the quality of these pants is superb.     • Nice at first but, not washing well for me

I ordered these in black and I found these pants to fit very well, are quite comfortable and worked well for me on a lot of different occasions where I wanted to look nice. However, for some reason the material these pants are made of does not seem to wash well for me anymore. I've washed them with other clothes, alone, tried pre-soaking and extra rinse cycles, using oxyclean and other laundry boosters and yet, every time they go through the wash, they come out with some sort of white residue on them as if the detergent couldn't wash out. I don't use fabric softener or any other type of material-coating additive when I do laundry so the only other thing I can think of is that they somehow got some sort of odd stain or bleaching from something, or that parts of the material have worn in such an odd way that they now have a different appearance. It is important to note that I do not have this problem with any other clothing that I own, including clothes that have been washed in the same cycle as these pants. Whatever the reason for this, despite only having worn these pants a dozen times or so, I've now retired them for at-home use only as the aforementioned discoloration makes them look inappropriate for any work or dress occasions. I think they are worth a shot for anyone looking to try them, as my experience is likely unique but, it's been poor enough that I won't be buying another pair. ... show more
