    • Found rodent dropping, DON’T buy!

I found rodent droppings in this flour! The first time I used the flour, I found some black stuff in it, but didn’t pay too much attention and thought it was something that got accidentally mixed in. Then today when I tried the second time, I again saw black stuff and got suspicious. When taking a closer look, it was a rodent dropping! EWWWW! The flour has been sealed and I don’t have rodent problem in my house and this has never happened in other flour bags I have. So I am pretty sure all the droppings are from factory. To give a perspective, I found a total of 4 droppings in half a pound of flour. So, don’t buy this product! Even if you didn’t see any dropping in your bag, chances are, the materials used to make your product had been crawled by rodents. ... show more

Before purchasing this product, I read the back label to look and see if it contained nuts since I have a family member who has a life threatening allergy to nuts. This type of allergen disclosure is always supposed to appear near the product’s listed ingredients. After receiving the product, to my disappointment, “processed in a facility that processes soy and nuts,” was inappropriately and discreetly listed at the very bottom right of the package, near the company’s address, rather than on the left side near the listed ingredients (where its supposed to be disclosed.) This item says it ineligible for return which is upsetting, since it’s unopened and completely unusable in my household. ... show more
