DO NOT BUY THIS! The monitor stopped working less than two months after I bought it. When I tried to get a warranty repair, the manufacture told me that I’d need to pay $120 to get it repaired.

    • Bad Camera Placing.
My biggest complaint is the camera. Everything else was workable, I mean, I updated some things like you have to do, and I fiddled with it. That’s normal with everything, you have to fiddle with it to get it how you want it. But the camera, unlike other laptops, was at the bottom of the screen instead of the top. So in a zoom meeting, per se, you couldn’t type in the chat box because all people could see were your fingers blocking the camera. I work at home, run interviews from home, etc. So that doesn’t work for me. It worked in the time it took me to find another laptop. ... show more

    • Does what you pay for.
Has alot of problems but works most of the things me and the price is good for what you get. Plus if you don't auto update right away you can modify Microsoft in anyway.

    • Sim card doesn't work, webcam lens is pointed far to the left and loose.
I bought this on amazon and its clearly made cheaply in Shen Zen or something. The sim functionality doesn't work whatsoever and the webcam lens is loose inside the housing.
