Did a bathroom remodel and put this mirror in. Had an outlet put behind the fan as I would rather have an option to plug in another model if this one failed. So far, works great. The defogger works well but you should power that on when you first go into the room for a shower. It is not an instant defogger and does take a few minutes to warm up the grid section in the mirror. Ours is horizontal and we leave the wall switch on all the time. The lights on the mirror have a glow that will low light a light colored bathroom and for those late night trips into the bathroom, there is plenty of available light to do your business without turning the mirror or overhead lights on. Not sure how it would be in a dark colored bathroom, YMMV. As the manufacture suggests, open the box gently and test the mirror before installing and go through the lighting steps, dimming/brighten modes and put the defogger on and feel that the center of the mirror gets warm. If all those are good, the unit is ready to install.

Love the 3 light color options, each with full dimming. I was originally concerned the 24 x 40 would be too small but I think it ends up looking like a matted piece of art with the black frame. I’d like to wallpaper behind and I think this will be awesome. The mirror came very well packed but sustained damage to top left corner. Everything works and it’s barely visible so I didn’t complain but the box on got a workout on its way to us. Otherwise all was perfect and controls work well. Easy to chop off the plug and direct wire without issue. Nice!

We bought this mirror to hang over our baby changing station. Our daughter loves looking at herself while shes being changed or dressed. The different light settings are awesome for night time changing. And while we arent using the defogger, I can tell you that it does heat up the glass. My daughter turns it on and off all the time. Which we have found out that if she turns it on and we forget about it, it turns itself off after an hour. this mirror is really easy to use and my husband hug it up in no time. my only complaint is that, it only hangs from the top, so my daughter can pull it away from the wall at the bottom. After a couple corrections, she stopped. thankfully.

I must say that I seldom write reviews. But I felt I needed to do one for this vendor. Aside from the mirrors working and looking great, it didn't happen without its problems. I ordered two mirrors for my double vanity. One of the mirrors worked great, the other had minor issues. I contacted the vendor and they were very responsive and offered to either pay for repairs or replace it. I had them send me a new one and that one came damaged by the shipping company. I reached out again and they were again very responsive and shipped out a new one to me. Now both mirrors are working great.

This mirror works every bit as expected. I just had a bathroom remodel done and had the contractor hard wire this in. It’s a beautiful addition and provides the lighting I need for makeup, dressing, etc. I shopped around and this same mirror at Lowe’s and Home Depot is 200 more! This is a way better deal!! Worth every dollar!

They say the lights will last thousands of hours. However the power supply lasted about three months. I had to purchase a new power supply and have it installed by the electrician. It cost $300. I would not buy this mirror again.

The mirror works well, I really like the black surrounding trim vs others that are reflective. The lighting works great, the defogginf works very well I'm the center not as good to the outside. Overall this really spruced up my builder grade bathroom and is very easy to hard wire in. Also I had a small issue with mine and the company resolved it quickly
