We needed some slimmer water bottles for our backpacks. These work very well. I wanted a straw my husband didn’t want one so it’s nice that it has different lid styles. It did take a very long time to receive and the packaging was very mangled upon arrival. Hence the 4 stars vs 5 stars.

It really doesn't leak! And it doesn't break! For all I drop it, it stays the same. It keeps drinks hot or cold -- whatever format they went into the bottle. I had one roll down a roadside gutter and immediately went online and bought the same exact one. I've never been able to find anything better! I used to be a loyal camelback waterbottle owner, but the mouthpiece would get gross. I was hesitant going in because I remember a distinct metal tinny taste from water bottles in the past, you don’t get that. The mouth piece takes a little getting used to, I really like the squishy. When the spout is closed the water bottle does not leak, but if the spout is open the water will stream out. The water does stay very cold even if the ice melts.
