    • This is a scam! NOT merino wool
This product is made of some type of synthetic yard, and is absolutely NOT wool of any kind. Also, the tag has been visibly removed - you can still see the outline of the tag. It is extremely poor quality, and not as advertised. Don't buy it!

    • Wearing it is like getting a Hug
I like the workmanship it is beautiful. I like that I can button it, I can't pull sweaters over my head anymore. I like the pockets. I like a shawl collar. I like the color (charcoal grey). There is Nothing that I dislike about it. In fact, wearing it is like getting a hug because it is so cozy!!!

I thought his sweater, being 100% Merino wool and from Ireland, would have a quality feel and weight to it. Sadly, this cardigan is light and flimsy, with no drape or heft to it. The pockets are shallow and curled in, so you can't fit much more than a Kleenex in them, and the buttons have to be forced through to fasten. The pictures on their site or hijacked from other merchants. The pictures are a beautiful Irish wool knit sweaters but what you get is a cheaply made sweater that I don't even think it's made of wool. It looks like it was knitted by a 12-year-old in the basement. The buttons do not even fit through the button holes. I ordered a gray sweater and this was black with orange buttons. Buy this sweater. I’m 6’2 215 and got the large. I have long arms and nothing ever fits. But this does. And it feels incredible. I had high hopes, and im easy to please, and I don’t normally leave reviews. This is comfortable. This is well made. This is uber-warm.     • OK sweater
the good: the hand knitted pattern is attractive, and the wool is soft. the two issues I have are 1) the sleeves are about an inch shorter that I'd like and 2) the knitting 'weave' is pretty loose; so it't not as warm as I would like and the cuffs get droopy after a couple of weeks of wearing.

I purchased this sweater for my father in law. The one he currently had was falling apart. I was looking for something warm with enough room for layers. Because of a medical condition, the large buttons on this are PERFECT for him. It's a great sweater. He felt it was a little long, lower than his waist but didn't cover his behind.
