I bought all 3 animals. They are very cute and sturdy IF YOU GET THE RIGHT SIZE SCREWS! The head of the animals is slightly thinner piece of wood than the seats. The company provides same size screws for the seat and head so when you screw them in the head The screws go though the face of the animal! The cow one I put together without any issues. When I put together the Frog & Giraffe the screws went through the face of both! I exchanged both the frog & giraffe. The 2nd frog was okay when I put it together, however the the screws went through the face of giraffe again! I’m so frustrated because I carefully screwed them in! Now I have to exchange and return the 2nd giraffe chair for a new one but I’m over exchanging and assembling these chairs!! i think if seller/manufacture would either send different size screws OR make the lip thicker in back of head where the screws go into so the screws cannot go through the front of base! NOTE: when I contacted the seller & told them about the chairs they told me to send them a picture but did not provide a way to send them as the Amazon app does not give the ability to upload a picture in the contact the seller or returns/exchange items section. I asked them for their email or another solution and I never heard back from them!! So I had to call Amazon each time the chairs were defective and needed to exchange and return the chairs.

I bought the giraffe and the frog chairs. They are very well made and are quite sturdy, as well as very easy to put together. My grandkids just love, love, love them. I initially had an issue with these chairs in that the screws were a tad too long for the backs and they broke through to the front of the chair backs. I contacted the company and they immediately responded to me (I think it was even a Friday night). They replaced the chairs for me very quickly. The screws are the same length (I checked) but I think maybe the holes must not be drilled as deep because the new chairs are perfect. I am going to order another one because my grandson really wants the cow, too. Overall, a very good product and super customer service.

Love the chair but when you assemble it you have to get a washer to make sure the screw doesn't go through the back of the chair (face of giraffe) - I was assembling it and the screw started to break through so I found a little washer and used it. Now there is no screw tip breaking through. Either use a shorter screw or put in a washer. But my grandson love it and now we have to order a second one as soon as he figures out if he wants a cow or frog

I bought two chairs and was super excited to put them together. These are definitely cute and are nice quality. The directions are easy enough to follow and you can quickly put one of these together. Main pain points: two chairs- one had an extra screw, the other had two defective screws. One chair had a washer for the “neck” piece, the other didn’t. Biggest issue, whether you use a drill or screw driver, you will see the tips of the screws poke through the face of the animal (see picture). If you try to avoid this and don’t screw them in as far, you’re left with a wobbly chair. A disappointing finish to what could be a great piece.
