I got this for my new iPhone 12 Pro. Charges fast just like the Apple-branded one at a fraction of the cost, and includes a cable. The charger block does not get hot, at least not that I've noticed. The included USB-C to Lightning cable is a much more convenient 6', instead of the annoyingly short 3' that comes bundled with the phone. This cable seems to be a larger gauge as well. Otherwise, what do you want? It's white shiny plastic, the block does not interfere with other outlets on a typical power-strip, and it does not channel energy from extraterrestrial aliens so there is no need for an aluminum foil hat. This product came well packaged, and it fast-charges my apple devices and my Romoss power bank. The charging cable seems like it will last ... it is supple and well made. I like this company, so ordered this to replace a charger (different co) that failed. I prefer reinforced cables, so ordered those as well, std usb plug. This item has a strange small outlet, std cable won’t fit. So, not ordering this again.

This charger and cord is nearly the same as the apple brand but less costly. My only complaint is with the amount of time it takes Amazon to ship via UPS. The new expected delivery is 7 days, what happened to 2 days. This shipment took 10 days😳

I am really surprised. I have bought plenty of chargers for my smart phones over the years. This one is dead after 35 days - conveniently just outside of the return period. I've used multiple cords and outlets to deduce what the culprit was... I really hope they have have good customer service as I didn't have an issue with their chargers for my previous generation iPhone. ... show more
