This 12 oz has been the perfect little sport bottle. I started buying them a few years ago for the kids lunches. I save money and extra trash by filling these with half juice and half filteted water for the kids so they are not getting too much sugar in their lunches. It is also great for short trips outdoors or across town. None of them has ever leaked, and I have four of the original design with the hand strap. I ordered this bottle because I have a bike with a second top tube that doesn't leave enough clearance for a standard 11" bottle. Bike cages are weird shaped, generally, so I didn't measure the diameter, and this bottle actually ended up too narrow to fit in the cage (see picture). I imagine it might fall out if I use it as pictured, so I'm going to have to find some other option. That aside, it's still a really nice little bottle. It's a hard plastic, and the "Carbon" version is a matte black that you can't see through, so if the volume markings on the side are important to you I'd pick another color. I like the sealing, spring loaded cap, it looks nice, and it'll do great as a carry-along for work. ... show more
