The plastic the suitcase is wrapped in which covers the whole thing is next to impossible to remove around handles/locks/hinges. It looks cheap with pieces of plastic showing. The company needs to figure out another way to protect suitcase.

I got so many compliments on my carry on. I just regret checking it in. There wasn’t anymore space on the plane they had to send it under the plane. When I got my carry on back it was broken on top and the back corner went in.

I was blown away with how this luggage looked when it was first shipped to me, but the tell all was when I went to board the plane. The luggage was coated with a outside plastic, so when I took my flight, the baggage handlers did extreme damage to this luggage. It is 95% not durable.
