In our youtube videos - we use both a Mavic 3 as well as a Mini 4 Pro to capture footage. We tested this third-party 'Plus' battery (3850mAh) with our DJI Mini 4 Pro, though it's also compatible with the Mini 3 Pro and Mini 3. Physically, we found it closely matches the official DJI Plus battery in size, shape, and weight. However, we did notice it felt slightly stiffer than the DJI-branded battery when inserting and removing it from the drone – a minor point, but noticeable. It's important for users to remember that this battery puts the drone over the 249g weight limit, requiring awareness of local flight regulations. In terms of performance, the battery arrived about 75% charged. In our flight test under specific conditions (Mini 4 Pro, approx. 65°F, 8-12mph wind), we achieved a total flight time of 28 minutes and 12 seconds from takeoff to auto-landing. While this provides a decent boost over the standard battery, it was slightly less than the 30-35 minutes we might have hoped for from a 'Plus' battery in these conditions. From empty, the battery fully recharged in 66 minutes using our DJI 65W charger (from a Mavic 3), which likely explains this relatively quick time compared to official specs based on 30W chargers. It includes standard safety protections and seems like a reliable option. Overall, we consider this a solid third-party alternative for extending flight time. It functions well as a backup battery, offering fair performance even if our flight test didn't quite meet top expectations. The slightly stiff fit is a minor issue. It's a good value, provided you understand the actual flight time achieved and the weight implications.

Almost lost my drone! Twice! After about 10 minutes of flight the drone reported "critical low voltage" and the drone immediately landed right where it was. I was over a river and I got it to about 5 feet on shore and it landed. Both batteries reported the same issue. I then tested my drone with a DJI battery and it flew normal and executed the RTH when the battery was low. I am returning these.
