Product Overview This is a two pack of intelligent flight batteries with a bi directional charging hub intended for DJI Mini series drones. I used them as additional batteries alongside my existing setup. Compatibility and Setup Although these batteries are marketed for the Mini 4 Pro and Mini 3 series, they also function in my DJI Mini 5 Pro. The batteries fit properly in the drone and power it on without issue. The included charging hub recognizes both these batteries and my original DJI batteries and charges them normally. Charging Behavior One important distinction is charger compatibility. The included hub charges these batteries without problems, but the official DJI charger does not recognize or charge them. This is worth noting for anyone who plans to mix chargers, as you will need to rely on the provided hub for charging these batteries. Performance in Use In flight, the batteries behave normally. The drone operates as expected, with stable power delivery and no unusual warnings during use. Flight time and performance have been consistent with what I would expect from batteries in this size class. Practical Use These batteries work well as extra power for longer sessions, especially when paired with the included hub for sequential charging. As long as you are comfortable using the supplied charger rather than DJI’s, they integrate smoothly into regular flying routines. Overall Use Based on my experience, these batteries function reliably in actual use and charge correctly with the included hub. These batteries fit and work inside my Mini 5 Pro, however, I'm probably not going to use these very much unless something horrible happens with my other 4 DJI batteries. DJI states these Mini 4 and 3 batteries have not been fully tested in the Mini 5 Pro, and cannot guarantee predictable and stable results. My drone was able to launch and recognize these batteries however, I don't feel comfortable using these often since they can only be charged with the multi-charger in this kit. I can't charge these batteries in my Mini 5 Pro multi-charger nor inside the Mini 5 Pro. The multi-charger and batteries look nice and feel quality made however, the sequential charging speed is a bit slow for me. I prefer to use simultaneous chargers. I think my main use for this kit will be as a power bank for my controllers and other gear, but could be useful in an extreme emergency that I don't really foresee happening. Overall, I believe these batteries will work best with the Mini 4 and 3 series however, you'd be best getting OEM for your Mini 5 Pro, unless you're willing to take a risk in an emergency. Plus, the color of these batteries don't match the color of the Mini 5 Pro, so it kinda looks tacky in my opinion.
