Edited to add: The company reached out to me after this review and made the issue right. We now have a fully functioning new camera. A+ customer service!. This was an ok little camera until it broke about 5 weeks in, just beyond the return date. Prior, I had purchased a similar one for my daughter that she loves, and that still works to this day, almost a year later. Hindsight, this camera was always a little glitchy. It would occasionally get stuck on the welcome screen, only using the reset button would remedy the situation. Sometimes while putting in the photo paper, the screen would spaz out, as well. Now the camera stays frozen on the welcome screen, regardless of any remedy taken. I would suggest purchasing a different option than this one.

Bought this as a birthday gift for my daughter and it will not print pictures. The camera “prints” but there is nothing on the paper. The instructions are poorly written and not at all helpful. I’m past my return window, so it looks like this will be a total waste of money.
