  • Great for CrossFit.
Wide toe bed and heal is snug. There is just enough cushion at the ball of the foot to be able to do 400-800 meter runs comfortably but flat enough to work well doing indoor WODs and stay connected to the floor. Great all around shoe.

  • Love so much!
I was a little skeptical buying training shoes online but man do I love these! I crosstrain - I like doing sprints/cardio and also love lifting weights. These shoes (in my opinion) are perfect for both..not uncomfortable to do cardio in and not too thick on the bottom for lifting. I’ve only had them a few weeks but if they last well I will absolutely buy them again next time. ... show more

  • Amazing shoe for mixed workouts!
Size: 8.5 Color: Khaki/Gum
Wow. I am impressed. I can do lunges without the heel of my shoe sliding around and slipping off. A friend of mine owns a similar pair and was telling me about the heel lock technology so o decided to give it a try. These are now my favorite shoes for mixed cardio and weights. I wouldn’t want to go for a run in them, but that’s ok because I have running shoes for that. Lateral support is good without feeling right on my foot. Highly recommend! ... show more

  • They sole peels easily.
Size: 12.5 Color: Blue/Gum
This is my second pair. They’re very comfortable with great support. However, on my first pair in less than eight months of average to slightly above average use the treads peeled off from the sole. I’m now on my second pair which I’ve had for about a month and I can see how there is already separation between the two different types of rubber used to construct the treads. ... show more

  • Update: Unwearable after 2 two weeks.
Size: 12.5 Color: Blue/Gum
Update: So really liked these right out of the package. I bought them to walk and lift weights in. They fit really snug at first but after about a week they became unwearable. Basically one side of one of the shoes has collapsed. Since the other side is still tight it pushes my foot off the center of the sole. No matter what I do I end up with half my foot hang off the inside of the shoe. I tried fiddling with the insert and buying some gel inserts but nothing really helps. At the point the shoes are trash. It was pretty expensive for two weeks of wearing an hour a day. Will not be buying this brand again. I read reviews of this item and a couple of them said to order up. I usually wear 12 but I ordered 12.5 wide. Even with the half size up and wide they are very snug. That works well though because I plan on using these for walking and weight lifting. I went for a 15 minute walk this morning and the arch support is great. Overall very comfortable to walk in. ... show more

  • Great shoe for indoor use.
Love these shoes, super comfy..but only had them for less than 2 months and the soles are peeling off. Hoping to hear from customer service about replacing them. 100 bucks is alot to spend on these if the soles peel off so quickly. I still gave 4 stars for the amazing fit.

  • New favorite brand
I bought these for gym shoes and they have quickly become my daily wear shoes. I really like them and I love that the company isn’t beating people over the head with politics, they just make and sell a high quality athletic product! Keep it up Inov-8!

  • Order 1/2 size up
I had to order a couple pairs because the first pair was too small (at my regular size), then the half size up had an issue with material inside the right arch coming a little loose and making the sides uneven - maybe I'm just a little too particular. BUT once I got a good pair that fit, they worked great. These are my favorite Crossfit shoes to run in. I have No Bull trainers, Metcons 3 and 4, Nanos 2, 5, 6, and 7, and a couple pairs of running shoes. These are my go to for any WOD with over 800 m runs. Obviously you don't want to do heavy deadlifting or squatting in them, as you'll lose the cushioning pretty fast that way, but they work great with any plyometrics, rowing, etc. I've used them for Grace and Isabel and they were good, as well as a bunch of runs. The grip is fantastic, and the flexibility and cushion are on point. Highly recommend getting a pair if you have trouble running in other Crossfit shoes, but I would see if you can try them on first somewhere. ... show more
