These are great for strength training. Wide base allows for good grip. True to size unlike many other models, so no need to size up.

Great looking shoe, almost perfect fit but their size chart is way off. I measured the insoles of the size 8 (women’s) I ordered, it was 9 3/4”, which is what is listed for the size 7.5. Frustrating, for sure. I’m not sure if I will reorder a half size up, shipping was a nightmare as is true most of the time with Amazon now. The shoe itself is great, such a WIDE TOEBOX!
