This monitor is fantastic. It is easy to use and has great quality. Recently, I tried using a standard USB C cable to connect it to my MacBook Pro but I could not get signal to it. I assumed that something was wrong with the monitor and contacted support. The response was within hours and we had a conversation via email to debug the issue. In the end, the issue was mine because I simply did not know that there are different types of USB C cables. I just grabbed one of the many USB C to USB C cables I have handy. Support taught me that I needed the cable the monitor shipped with or one similarly capable of carrying the bandwidth needed for a 4k experience. THANK YOU InnoView for having a great support team.

Got this little monitor to supplement my laptop for our terrible software at work, another story. It is bright, easy to use, lightweight, and seems fairly durable. My only gripe is that it doesn't do vertical, even with other cords, changing settings, etc. Not with windows anyway. If you choose vertical in the display software, it will rotate the contents of the display 90 degrees, but if you actually turn the monitor on its end to view it that way, either end of the monitor, it won't work. It just flashes solid colors and won't display anything until put back onto its horizontal physical space. The case is also not fantastic for displaying it, it slips and isn't terribly strong, so I'd consider a heavy duty ipad type or small portable tv mount type holder if you plan on using it regularly. I'm still pleased enough with it to take it to work and would probably buy again, for its price.

Easy to hook up, screen is a great size for my needs and fits easily in my bag with my laptop. It takes me a few tries to get the cover to convert to the stand - but that’s likely more bc I only use it when I travel. With more frequent use I’m sure I’d be more efficient. Screen quality is really great. Comes with multiple connections so would likely be compatible with any device. I use it as a second screen with my laptop when away for work.

What really impressed me and first drew me to this monitor was the features of it playing my tablet and phone as well as my laptop so I gave it a try. upon arrival I had some issues with getting my phone to play through the monitor so I reached out to customer support at InnoView. They were really responsive and took the time to help. I am impressed with the dedication of their support staff and I must give this company and product a 10 out of 10.

This is an exceptional portable monitor. It is extremely thin and light. It fits in my briefcase with my laptop. The monitor is brighter than I imagined. The brightness and numerous other settings are easily user-adjusted if desired. The HDR mode is strikingly good. I will use it for work productivity - MS Office, email, MS Teams, CRM, etc. and during the initial evaluation my first couple of days it exceeds my requirements. While is comes with a selection of cables, the USB-C is all that's required for data and power from my Lenovo laptop, making connection and use effortless. I really like the fact that it comes with a case that deploys magnetically providing several monitor positions. Viewing angle is excellent. This purchase was anl great value and I highly recommend this monitor for its functionality, portability, quality of build and display clarity.

I travel a lot for work but have gotten used to having 3 screens when at the office. This was a great little addition to take with me. It is super slim and light weight. I love that the cover and stand is built in. It is really easy to use and comes with all the cords required. Unfortunately, after 4 trips in 2 months, the screen got damaged. I reached out to customer service and they replaced it for me! So just make sure you keep this in a padded computer bag.

I used to use a 20"inch TV monitor for docking play with my Switch, so when I saw this, I knew I had to buy it!!! It feels like a very large tablet, which makes the portability of it so much easier!!! The magnetic case that comes with it is really awesome too because it works very well as a stad for the monitor. I only have 2 complaints........ (1) For the price, I expected a bit better for the built-in speakers...... don't even bother using them for audio.... you're better off using wired headphones/speakers than the built-in speakers. Truly. Even at full volume, the built-in speakers sound like they are not even at 50% volume. (2) Sadly my phone doesn't register as being usable for video playback on the monitor. The USB C ports are clearly not for smartphone usage (unless I missed something). Of course my phone can charge off the monitor, but it just doesn't do anything more than that unfortunately. IDK if the monitor has any BT or Wi-Fi capabilities, which would provide another method to possibly connect smartphones to transfer video to the monitor. Thankfully this monitor came with a HDMI to mini-HDMI cord & the wall charger & cord!!!

Very portable and useful monitor. Great picture and easy connection. The customer support is above and beyond. There was an issue with connecting via USBC. A new USBC cord was sent. When that did not fix the issue, a new monitor was sent. Quick, responsive and personal customer service. Highly recommend the monitor.
