We moved to a new house a few months ago with a ton of cabinets in the kitchen and I had my eye on this. I was excited when it arrived and was able to easily install it under the cabinets with their instructions, easy to hide the cord and plugged it in. Everyone was wondering what I was doing. Followed the video to load the paper towel, got it up and running everyone loved it! A few went home and got one themselves. Who knew a paper towel dispenser can bring that much joy? Haha! But even after months of use, it has been running great!

I didn't know how much I'd like this dispenser when first received. After nearly a year, I can easily give it 5 stars. It works flawlessly. Our kids are known to use too many paper towels when they just yank them from a roll. Because this dispenser releases a set number of sheets, they have reduced their towel consumption considerably. Guest in our home have commented on how cool it is and have asked me to send them the Amazon link. This was a good purchase and I feel 5 stars is earned.

Convenient paper towel dispenser I recently decided to give this under cabinet-mounted automatic paper towel dispenser (refurbished) a try, despite the mixed reviews I had encountered. I have to say, my experience has been surprisingly positive so far! After reading many negative reviews about this device, I approached it with some skepticism. However, I have not encountered any issues with paper towels jamming, which has been reported by other users. This dispenser has the unique ability to dispense just the right amount of sheets, eliminating the waste that can occur with manual dispensers. I appreciate the touchless feature, which is hygienic and convenient, especially when my hands are messy during cooking. Also, I enjoy the fact that it works with most brands and sizes of paper towels, making it a versatile addition to my household. This dispenser is slightly larger than I had anticipated, so I mounted it on the side of the cabinet rather than under it. Despite this, I still enjoy its automatic features. Hopefully it continues to work as well as it has so far. If necessary, I will update the review.

A carpenter who was in my home working on something else installed it under a kitchen cabinet for me right on top of an AC outlet. (Didn’t think it worked by battery, did you?) I was always shifting a huge roll of paper towels all over the kitchen ; on top of the sink, next to my toaster or on the island. No matter where I placed it, it was an eyesore. Being a gadget technical person I. Spotted this on Amazon, or course. You hold your hand in front of the unit and it will dispense your towel. You can set it to dispense a large number of towels pre one half towel, which is what I use. First time I used it, it dispensed about four full towels and I said this thing is broken! However that is not the case. Clever design allows to to take as many full or half towels that you want and then, retracts all the unused towels back into the dispenser. I’ve been using it to dispense an already slit half towel and then it sucks it right up. I found that if your take a half towel out, after a few times it will only dispense a half towel which is all I need. If I need more towels, I hold my hand in front of the sensor and it will dispense as many as you need, If I need four full towels I hold my hand over the sensor and out comes about four or five towels. You tear off what you need and again, it retracts the roll until next time! I find it looks better than having the towels all over my kitchen and I don’t waste towels any more pulling out too many. I like this dispenser but you have to realize one fact; pull out as many towels that you need by holding your hand over the front sensor, but realize you have to accomplish this prior to the unit retracting all the towels. I have a great quote from my grandson who asked, “ Grandpa, why does it eat the towels?” Well now you know. One last thing, I purchase the huge rolls of towels from BJ’s and they fit in the dispenser with no problem, thus far .

I never realized how aggravating the free standing paper towel holder was until we got this. I love me a great kitchen gadget, and this one takes the cake! It’s quiet, efficient, space-saving, and SANITARY 🤩. What’s not to love? To set your desired towel size dispensed: after you close the latch on the door once the roll is added, it will dispense several towels. You tear off what size you want it to dispense for that roll, and it will pull back what’s left, then calibrate itself based on what it’s missing. Example: it dispenses 3 half sheets, you tear off 1 on the bottom, it pulls in the other 2. Then it knows you want one half sheet each time. Want a full sheet instead (2 half sheets)? Open the door and re-close it, and this time when it dispenses 3 half sheets, tear off #2 and 3 together. It will then dispense a full sheet/2 half sheets every time until the door is unlatched again. Enjoy!
