I've never heard of this brand, but it was close enough to specs I was looking for as a good price. I had previously been using a 32" in TV as my monitor, but I needed to upgrade because the resolution was too low for my work computer. I'm a designer and I spend a lot of time in front of the computer. I work with multiple apps at a time, and I don't want to strain my neck looking between two monitors. The most important thing I was looking for was ergonomics, followed by suitability for work use. There are some great things about this monitor: - 5 stars from an ergonomic standpoint. The flexibility is amazing. It can move vertically by about 6 inches, so plenty of room to find the perfect setting. Can also tilt forward and back a bit. No neck pain! -Two HDMI connectors and a USB-C connector means I can connect all 3 of my laptops at the same time. Switching between them, however... - Fair enough quality for the price point. - Space saving design takes up much less room on my desktop than my previous monitor There are also some not so great things: - The positioning of the power and input buttons is inconvenient. You have to learn them by physical memory, because you won't be able to see the buttons as you press them. A remote would be helpful, or placing the buttons on the front of the monitor. - The power cable is short (only 3ft I think) - The connectors are on the underside of the monitor, which makes connecting things difficult. If you will be disconnecting and reconnecting often, this might pose a significant problem. But if you're connecting once, it won't be a major issue. This review was written initially within 24 hours of receiving the product, and updated after 1 week of use. I cannot speak to it's longevity, but I hope it lasts at least a few years. ... show more

Bottom Line: This is great for everyone but the most elite gamers. The reason I got this monitor is because of the wide-array of video inputs including USB-C charging for laptops, the right balance of features: a 34" high resolution IPS panel with reasonably good refresh rate (75 Hz w/ DisplayPort), and at a good price! I hadn't heard of INNOCN before but decided to take a chance and am very glad I did. The stand is well-built and solid, the included documentation and calibration report appear to be legitimate. I also appreciate that it's a flat panel monitor. I came from a Samsung CRG9 with 49" curved VA panel, much bigger, similar picture quality but to my eyes this appears better! The blacks are very dark and the colors are very accurate. I am very pleased with that! Also going from curved to flat panels does take getting used to, but I appreciate the fact that I don't have to worry about bending of straight lines and the oddness of curved. I also find the monitor is plenty good for gaming or professional work. I really liked that because the CRG9 was all gamer and nothing else! The UI settings are a little difficult to navigate with the back-mounted buttons but as long as you go in with intent, you should be able to find what you are looking for. There is a low-blue light mode that you can adjust to different levels, I think this is really smart. For anyone that isn't impressed with the picture quality of this monitor, try looking at what picture mode it is set to. I am using Standard but it comes out of the box with sRGB which is the most limiting. Finally, who wouldn't want this monitor? If you are a hardcore gamer, I think you would be better off with higher refresh rate like 120Hz+ and I would recommend curved. But if you spend any amount of time on the desktop or running applications, flat is the way to go. ... show more

UPDATE: Very responsive customer service, and they try very hard to make sure you are satisfied with your product. I think they encouraged me to return my monitor and get a new one and also offered a small discount for my troubles. The new one is not that better in terms of the color shifting but I discovered that it is also effected by the distance from the monitor. I sit very close to the monitor, but if I move away a bit it actually looks much better. It will not win any prices for quality but at this price, it's a great deal for a productivity monitor. ORIGINAL: TL,DR - Great value for the size and features but has horrible backlight bleed & comes with a poorer quality USB-c to USB-c cable (at least mine did). I very deeply wished that this would be a 5-star monitor. I did not have high hopes, i just wanted a wide monitor for work from home setup & occasional photo editing/ light gaming. The monitor was able to only produce 60Hz when connected to a thunderbolt 4 port on a 12th gen laptop using the usb-c cable, & upon closer reading of the manual only Display Port supports the 75Hz refresh rate. I am not a "gamer" so i don't care about fast refresh rates or response times, so it works out just fine for me. The screen gets plenty bright for me indoors even with multiple windows brining in a lot of light during the day. The picture quality is nice and vibrant & the OSD has many options to configure the settings to your liking. The height adjustable stand is really nice. I would have given 5 stars if not for the backlight bleed. My two problems, (i) Horrible backlight bleed as shown in pictures. Even at 0 brightness you can notice the bleeding with your eyes. The camera makes it look way worse in the pictures but what prompted me to take a picture was the "discoloration" i noticed while doing work. I tried all the settings on the OSD, but nothing seems to help. (ii) The included USB-C cable seems to be a cheap one as it failed on the second day, but luckily i had spare USB-C - USB-C cables lying around. ... show more

Overall a great value, but settings aren’t as customizable as they should be. Upset I can’t use 1440hz @ 120hz on my Xbox but from my research that’s just due to Xbox’s strict frame rate protocol. Which will put you down to 1440/60hz
