I am a stroke survivor and I've been looking for a resistance training tool. And I chose Innocedar and I'm glad I did. It's very well made there is nothing cheap about it and a lot of research went into making this product. So far I've been able to target muscle groups that I need to get back and get stronger. Keep in mind I have very little experience with this type of equipment but I can say a few things are obvious after handling the product: The bar feels solid and durable. The covering on the bands makes them much more comfortable for exercises where they contact your skin. The foot attachments work much better than I expected, though they would be better still if they had a hard flat piece to stand on - applying the pressure to only the bottom of your foot/shoe and not the sides of your feet. ... show more

The weight of the bar is perfect for mobility exercises. I did not want to pay $200 for a golf swing trainer that had very similar characteristics. The only downside is the resistance bands are a little short for certain exercises.

I like your product but I am not as wide as your bar when you put all three segments together. I think the bar is too wide for me. I would like to have a threaded bolt added to the set that allows me to just put the two end pieces together. That way the bar is smaller for different exercises and would be the right size for me. It would make it adjustable for customers that want a smaller size bar. I would also like to be able to purchase additional elastic bands to add to the set. I think a cable that you could step on with rings on the ends for you to attach the bands would be better than the foot loops that you have in the set. It will be easier for people to use than trying to get your feet in the foot loops once you grab the bar. Otherwise it works well. Thank you for your help. ... show more

The equipment is sturdy and works as advertised. Well mostly. I'm 6ft and I'm not getting much resistance out of the bands their just too long. So I have to loop them as shown in the photo. This way it gives you way better resistance with only 1 band.

so far i was looking forward to this product, but as soon as i got it i opened it up and noticed rust on the bar. so i tried to screw them both in because i know rust just happens, but turns out only one side would screw in, the other side was impossible to screw in regardles of how hard i tried. so i am returning this. the rest of the items you get with it are really great and looked to be in good condition. this is pointless if the main thing is rusted out though. ... show more
