I have been, as in past tense, a supporter of Ingersoll Rand but I got to say man oh man WTF happened to them ? Keep in mind these are “ made “ in Italy - who can afford to ship this type of crap product across the ocean etc ? Oh and the customer service support is also non existent ! Hard pass I had to order 3 of these to be able to just get one that I had to re assemble in order to use. First arrived with parts bouncing around inside it as if a 2 year old assembled it in a Italy - not even the display was installed correctly - it failed within 3 min of use after re assembly. Box not damaged just complete trash as in trashed at the factory Second arrived with the condenser smashed into the fan to where all the fins were crushed and coated with refrigerant oil - total system failure. Again box perfect all damage done on the inside of the machine not from the outside - Italy assembly ? Third one arrived with fan condenser assemble not attached inside the housing. Had to dis assemble unit and re assemble. Some how no damage and operational Couple that with the overwhelmingly difficulty to return these air chillers: first return still “ in-transit “ UPS has it being denied and sent back ? Sent back where - no answer. Second one still floating round da cosmos in the UPS universe Buy one local so you can inspect it - unless you don’t need right away as it may weeks to get one operational from Amazon :( ... show more

I needed an air dryer for our warehouse compressor. I did some research and this model came up with high marks for what I needed and it's an Ingersoll Rand, a name you can trust. It was an easy install and seams to be working as it should.

Yep, it came damaged but for some reason, damage equals a discount. Who would pack a heavy metal appliance in a twice as big box with only a few pieces of brown paper as packing... but, being that the unit worked and I do bodywork, I took out some wood and my auto body hammers and pounded out the dents. Installed inboard and outboard filters and then spent two solid days of sand blasting. No water, or issues, what so ever. Thanks air dryer. ... show more

Pallet arrived perfectly undamaged. But product was internally damaged. The heaviest part fo the machine is supported by Styrofoam, which is not even close to being sufficient at supporting it. This product is poorly made. Works good after repairing the damage not made for being transported all the bolts on case were loose as well. ... show more

It seems to be working, but arrived dented up on almost every side. My old air dryer (same company and type) worked in rough conditions for 7 years without a single hiccup, so hopeful this one works as well. The box it was packed in did not look damaged, but when box was opened, you could see all the dents and bends. The box was barely bigger than the unit, so there was no intelligent cushioned packaging at all. Packaging - F Product - B (will update after a few weeks to let you know if it stays running) I included pictures with arrows showing damage. I removed dented panels and straightened as much as needed. Styrofoam "box" around the cooling portion also cracked and taped back together with Gorilla Tape. If I was buying this at a store, I would have expected to pay 1/2 price for all the damage. (Yep, I could've just returned it, but I needed it working for the sake of my air tools.) UPDATE 3/15/2022 .... Well, it has been running with no issues, doing just what it is supposed to do for over a month. So, I increased rating by 1 star. If packaging were done well, this would be a five star product, but terrible packaging knocks it down to 3. ... show more
