First off, before opening it up, pay attention to how it comes folded and commit it to memory. It is tricky to fold, but once you have it down, it's second nature. For the price, it's actually really decent. I love the rims on the side and it's what led me to choose this specific ball pit. It REALLY DOES prevent the balls from getting knocked out!!! It's really well structured, with plastic loops on the side to retain shape and prevent the structural seams from tearing. Usually, with "popup tent" type of items like this, it's a huge problem, but those loops take pressure off the seams when the fabric is pushed out. I'm not sure if this design was intentional or not, but it's brilliant either way. The pit is big enough to fit a few babies, or two active toddlers. Or in my case, a 15 month old and her 11 year old sister sitting in there keeping her occupied. It does exactly what it is meant to do- you can travel easily with it, you can fold it up and tuck it in a small space, you can put it out on the lawn. You can also spend and entire day locating 50 colorful balls from under all of your furniture. There's no padding at the bottom (that would defeat the purpose of it being super portable) so we usually put a blanket down before loading the balls. It comes with enough balls to keep a baby occupied and safe. I would recommend buying additional balls as your kid gets bigger. We are up to 200, and that fills it about halfway up with the toddler inside. My kids lost their mind and filled it up with stuffed animals. It has stayed that way for 5 weeks now, and the toddler uses it daily. She loves to run up to it and dive in. My oldest was very cautious at this age, but my toddler is a daredevil with no fear. Do yourself a favor and discourage this behavior off the bat. The price on this ball pit is great. If the seams had ever ripped, I wouldn't have felt bad because of how cheap it is. But.... It has held up way longer (4 or 5 months so far and still in mint condition with daily use) than the 70 dollar foam one that I got from Target (it was smaller and only 3 weeks and it warped on the side so the balls wouldn't stay in). I love this thing. Don't be dumb. Just go for it. Buy it and make your baby happy. It's made of garment grade polyester, so not full of completely harsh chemicals. The foam ones are worse, chemical exposure-wise.

I truly love this ballpit. I purchased it for my son when he was a few months and he’s over a year old and still uses it. The way you can fold it so easily and put away when needed is so amazing. The size is just a perfect size to fit in any room. This ball pit is super durable as my son is a super active toddler and it’s still in amazing conditions. Color allows it to be perfect for boys and girls.

Very easy to set up. Colorful. Big enough for one. I would think it would be too crowded for two. My only complaint is that it needs more balls. I bought 2 more sets of balls and it was fine. My grandson spent most of his birthday playing in it!

Not my favorite for everyday use but in a pinch or just to being out for trips it's not bad. Kind of a pain to fold back up, especially with the balls, and after folding it up a few times the metal pieces seem to be bending. Also doesn't quite keep children content if they can crawl because the sides go down very easy.
