I bought these because I was taking blood thinners which make my periods brutal. I had to change my pad every hour and a half with other pads and was afraid to lay down for fear of a leak. With these, I could change them every 2 1/2 hours. They are as good as Always size 5 pads. I was disappointed when I first got these because they weren't as long as Always size 5 pads, but were as thick as Always size 5, but these are supposed to be maternity. Not comfortable. Not the easiest to apply. Only sticks to certain materials of undies. But I will say they are super absorbing.

I needed something for post partem after my delivery. Even though these say they are for maternity, I've seen better regular overnight pads that absorb more. The adhesive was my least favorite though. It's not strong so pads moved around. Ok but not great.

I bought these pads for the last bit of my pregnancy and for after I give birth. Another review mentioned that they bunch, which I have experienced also. But as a bit of security against my water breaking or bleeding after my baby gets here, they will work just fine.
