    • Not What I Expected, But Still Works

Firstly, I should have actually measured the inside of my purse before buying. That's on me, I read through the FAQ looking for Longchamp mentions to guide my sizing decision, and I shouldn't have trusted just that alone. So when it arrived, even thought it was smaller than I thought it would be, it was accurately sized according to its product description. I did end up taking everything out of my bag (Longchamp pilage small, color "flower") and it still works fine for me anywyas, as I still have plenty of room around the insert for larger items such as my laptop, notebook, etc. My second point is, the color of the product is not as depicted in the image that was displayed above, or at least it appears that way to me. The insert I recieved is a much darker beige, rather than a color akin to the actual color of my bag (which was why I chose this product over others, so it would match as much as possible). I realize that this may be due to the products being photographed under certain bright lighting conditions, however I still feel a tad misled. In the end, I'm loathe to return anything, ever, simply because it's a hassle. So I'm keeping it, trying it out, and it does seem to hold mt items well without sagging. The zip closure works good, no snags. The mesh interior, I could do without. Once filled, the insert lends a bit of 'structure' to the bag, so it's no longer a floppy mess, thankfully. Overall a good purchase, and I would buy again, keeping in mind the actual sizes of the inserts and that their color may be a bit darker in person than what is shown in the photos. ... show more

I ordered this to use with my Longchamp large, but it's not a good size for it, and this Organizer Insert doesn't keep the shape of the bag. The bottom of this Organizer Insert is so flimsy that it immediately breaks the shape of the bag when you put something heavy in it.

I love my black medium size organizer! The material is thick and durable, repels dirt, and has enough pockets (6) on the sides for eyeglasses, iPhone, hand sanitizer, pens, etc...and ample space inside for my wallet, makeup kit, and other personal items. The zipper offers security and the pull out attachment on the outside for my keys offers convenience for access. What I love most about this is that it fits all my medium sized bags making it easy to move it from my tote bags, and Coach, Michael Kors, Kate spade, backpack, etc...it is also washable and so far is holding up to a couple of machine washing. I use gentle cycle with cold temperature setting, and I air dry. I looked long and hard at other choices on Amazon and am so pleased I went with this one.
