I wear a size 12. These fit like an 11, so I would recommend ordering a size bigger. Unfortunately for me, there was no bigger option so I had to return these. Also, the boot is really tall and stiff.

    • Perfect for Beginners
Perfect for beginners just looking to put on some skates and learn more than how to skate forward. I haven't had any issue with tears or heel separation, but I am a very novice skater learning how to do the basics. These skates come with a bolt-on toe stop and 58mm wheels. Perfect for being outside on a smooth surface and getting a hang of the basics of skating. They fit a little snugly, but relacing the skates specifically for wide feet has helped tremendously. My only complaint is the laces that come with these skates are basically cheap ribbon, and I have had a hell of a time getting them to tie as tightly as I like, but laces are easily replaceable. :) Love the holographic material of the skates and the boot is lined, so its very comfortable to wear. I loosened up the trucks and the wheels as soon as I received the skates, as straight out of the box they were EXTREMELY tight, but this seems typical of all brand new skates! These Impalas are perfect if you're looking to see if you want to dip your toes into skating, but not sure if you feel like making the commitment to a more costly pair. Read the size chart! Your street shoe size is likely very different than your skate boot size! ... show more
