I bought these as a gift for my adult child. After doing a lot of looking and checking reviews, these seemed like the best value for the money and the safest in their class. They are heavy, thanks to the sturdy metal plate. The wheels seem high quality and move appropriately, not too loose or sluggish. It will take some work and learning and these seem like good beginner skates. Kiddo says they are comfortable and ordered slightly larger than the normal shoe sized based on all the recommendations we had seen. The colors are stunning. (Forest Green with pink trim and wheels). If I had the guts to try to relearn how to skate, I would definitely order these. ... show more

    • Affordable, Cute, and good lite weight exercise
A decent quality skate for the price point. The fit for half sizes in my opinion can be tricky if your foot is more on the narrow side. I normally wear a 6.5 in women’s and went with the sizing chart and purchased a 7 and found it a bit loose and my foot slides forward in the boot. Thicker socks do the trick of giving a snug fit and more stability while skating. I’m a novice at skating if that makes a difference to anyone, and they are good heart healthy fun. These are great as beginner skates if you are not sure you want to commit to more expensive skates. These did start cracking on me near the heel. Since shelter in place, a lot of skates have sold out everywhere and I wanted to exchange the skates. The seller was kind enough to offer me a partial discount because they were unable to exchange. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. They’re so pretty!!! I recommend ordering a size up. I usually were a size 11 in woman and bought a size 11 however they were just too snug for comfort.
