Really amazing roller skates :) Cushioned and comfortable and true to size, at least in my case. I wear a size 8 woman’s shoe so I purchased a size 8 woman’s roller skate and they fit perfectly. I was a bit nervous about the sizing due to the reviews of my other amazon peers but I decided to go with my gut and get my size. Thankfully I was right to trust myself and the brand. I did notice though that you can’t really go away from the brand of impala. A little bummed when I went to my nearby roller derby store and the toe stoppers, wheels, and tools they had didn’t work for my roller skates. I’m disappointed because I really like them, overall. Unfortunately, they gap and don’t lay flat when laced, my foot is not wide, and they are almost too big, but with extra socks they fit fine. They are cute and sturdy, but they don’t lace closed and you can feel it in the top of the foot….I have them laced SO tight in the picture and they don’t close; I tried lacing looser and it’s even worse. I’m going to return, might reorder as the other skate isn’t as bad as this one, although I do wonder, being vegan leather, they don’t conform well, I’m not sure. They also are very squeaky, the material, it makes more noice than the wheels, it’s like a plastic sound when you move. I could’ve overlooked that, but the seams not closing doesn’t work for me. I was really excited and looking forward to these-I’ll probably try another pair. ... show more

The heels on both skates have already broken loose and coming apart. Not good quality, very disappointed.

These skates were $150 more when I got them, they are not worth $100, you can buy cheaper used. I got ripped off!
