The media could not be loaded. These are so cute. I got the confetti ones. I thought that they would be silver with confetti sparkles, but they’re a little more of a Pearlish color which I like. I’m a size 8 shoe. I got the size 8 skate. They fit very well. They’re not too heavy perfect for beginners. These are made very well good quality. I feel like I got my moneys worth. One thing I will say is that you have to make sure that you lace them up tight if you don’t you will get a gap or a bulge on the side. I also have a pair of Impala rollerblades that I absolutely love. I will continue to buy from them. ... show more

I waited a few months to write this review, because I read about a concern with Impala boots separating at the heel, but I'm happy to report that I have not experienced this issue with my skates, so either I got lucky or the company has resolved the issue. Hopefully it's the latter. Just in case, the skates do come with a 3 month warranty. Aside from that, these boots are holographic beauties, and I get so many compliments every time I skate in them! They are especially mesmerizing to little girls. I added cheap vinyl toe caps that I also purchased from Amazon to protect the toe. I have narrow feet and wear a size 6-6.5. I ordered these in a size 6. They were a tiny bit snug at first, but after a couple sessions, they fit perfectly. The boot is well lined and cushioned and quite comfortable, but not breathable. So it's probably better to get a leather boot if your feet are particularly sweaty. I wear them with ultra light wool hiking socks. If you have wide feet or bunions, you can size up and also look up different ways to lace up your skates. The stock wheels are pretty decent for both indoor and outdoor use, though I did end up switching them out for some Radar Energy 78A wheels for bumpy pavement. The stopper is not adjustable, but you definitely need to adjust the trucks before skating or the wheels will feel super stiff and hard to roll. Make sure you order a skate tool and YouTube how to use it. Overall, I think these skates are a great value for beginners! ... show more

    • Great skates - narrow in the toe, but I fixed that!

These skates look great! Love the space girl feel! I wanted the Moxie's but didn't want the price tag, so started out with these ones. I had read reviews that these skates were narrow I the toe box and I have quite wide feet. When I first got them, my pinky toe felt really squashed and uncomfortable, but honestly, probably any skate would have been like this for me. So I took matters I my own hands. I have shoe stretchers because this is a common problem for me. I very easily stretched out the toe box by using my shoe stretcher and a hair dryer. You can blow heat onto the skate and crank out your toe area. I literally did this within 30 minutes. My skates are soooooooo comfy now. ... show more
