Comfortable boot. Laces up nice. Makes you foot feel sturdy inside. Wheels glide nicely when you skate. I use these skates 4 days a week for outside exercise and I have been impressed with the quality of the skates and the wheels. When you read the reviews of many skates they talk about the problems with the wheels. That is not an issue with IMPALA. I use these on the side walk and the main road and I am able to navigate over the imperfections on the road easily. I am impressed with these skates and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a super fun, fairly priced, durable skate. Oh...and what a great topic of conversation. I was surprised by how well these skates performed. I have had several pairs because I like the look and colors, but never used them. I ordered the black with the intention of actually giving them a go. They aren't the most comfortable out of the box, but not nearly as bad as I expected. I had lots of fun trying these out! The ride is smooth and the chassis very is responsive. The boot is also supportive. They are fairly lightweight and I am looking forward to taking them out for another spin. I can't speak to the durability, but at this price point, I think that is unnecessary. I am sold! I wish I hadn't taken so long to give these a chance, I am very pleased. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I've been on skates ~10x in my life, always in a rink, I'm scared of injuries being almost 40, and I wanted to get REALLY good and confident on skates. You can definitely call me a beginner, for now. I'm majority outdoor on a smooth tennis court for now. Wheels are handling that great. I'm in my living room when I can't get out and I can't wait to bring them to a rink. These skates are super crazy cute (I'm adding the pink LED wheels), super secure around the ankle, super comfy from the padding, spot on size (I wear a 8.5/9, got a 9 skate, they fit perfect), not too heavy when I lift my feet. I haven't changed the wheels yet so IDK how hard/easy that is but YouTube will get me through I'm sure. I would buy them again and I did actually just buy a size 6 black for my kid who needed new skates and wears a size 4 youth. ... show more

I usually wear an 8.5-9 in shoes and have wider feet, so I ordered size 8 impala boots according to their size chart on their own website. They definitely come narrow and need to be broken in, but otherwise are a perfect fit. I plan to just stretch them a bit this first week by wearing them at home often/ sticking a shampoo bottle inside the one boot that feels tighter than the other. The length size is great, just gotta mold them to my feet :) PLUS they look amazing and work great inside on a rink(though I’d recommend changing wheels as I’ve skated inside with the wheels the skates came with and it seemed quite slippery to me). Outside they feel amazing and landing feels very secure after jumps etc. The cushioning around the ankle is also really nice and makes it considerably more comfortable\ankle safe than some other pairs I’ve worn (roller derby brand). ... show more

I have used them, they fit perfectly. Im a 6 in women's But in these skates a size 6.5 was perfect and i have a little room. The only problem is the original box was damaged during shipping . You can see the box in my pics. But other than nothing bad to say. When i use them for a few months i will update. dont hesitate it feels like pro skates ,i recommend!
