Bought 2 for teacher gifts. Both had scratches and imperfections. Too bad. Would have been great...sturdy, good size. But who wants to give a gift with scratches? Stuck with them now. Recieved them tonight but needed for tomorrow.

This is a great mug for a teacher, not only is the message considerate and thoughtful, but it's a very sturdy feeling mug. It has above-average weight , a unique color, and everything about it just feels like a high quality pottery mug. It's even dishwasher safe. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived, a nice departure from the generic cheap white mugs with sayings on them. I can't recommend this enough if you're looking for a nice mug for a teacher.

Totally giftable. Got this for my sons teacher as an end of the year little gift. The box it comes in is perfect for the gift, we opened the box and filled the mug with a variety of tea bags and loose candy. She loved it. Looks very durable and strong. Beautiful design.

This mug is very well made, it has some heft to it. It is larger than the picture seems - it will take a very large keurig setting with cream and still have room to spare. The finish is like a glazed ceramic, and the writing is clear. It's been through the dishwasher now several times without a scratch.

Like the quality of this substantial mug but not happy to receive one with small area of defective glaze in the writing especially as this is a gift. Also I plan to substantially reduce Amazon purchases until company completely improves the treatment of it's employees especially in the warehouses. No excuses!
