FANTASTIC cabinet/murphy bed! The packaging was perfect and it arrived in excellent condition. All of the parts were there and they were thoughtful enough to send 1 extra of most every part in addition to the packaged "extras". Although the illustrations are not very detailed, I was able to put most of it together and then finished with my husband's help. The alignment on the pre-drilled holes was great and made it easy to put it together. I loved that this cabinet has the sides that fold back and the fasteners are on the inside of the cabinet vs ugly buckles like some have on the outside - details matter!. It's easy to fold up and pull out. The cabinet has plenty of room for the 6" trilfold mattress we added. We are so impressed with the quality! Thanks for providing an affordable bed that gives us more day-to-day space in the room, but a comfortable bed for guests as needed. It's a beautiful bed and we're thrilled we chose this one!

Horrible horrible instructions. There were parts that were even on the instructions. Took my handy fighter over 3 hours and she had to redo several items. Holes also did not line up. Now that it’s together it’s really nice and the mattress is surprisingly cont but firm. If you can handle putting this togheter it’s a good item.

It took 3 teenage boys over 4 hours to put it together. It comes in 3 boxes and is quite hefty. They probably would have been done sooner if some of the directions had not been incorrect. The hardest part was figuring out how to attach the last slider. Then they had to take apart the door latches as the directions showed them to be attached one way, but that ended up being backwards. Once it's put together it's a very nice piece of furniture and the pillows and comforter fit in the cabinet which leaves the drawers free for clothes or spare sheets. My son has been sleeping well so the mattress is adequate.

This is made very poorly. I had a professional installer put it together and he said the wood and tracking is very poorly put together. After spending almost $200 for him to try to put it all together to work I still don’t have a piece of furniture that works! I am very disappointed in the quality of this furniture. Missing parts and warped bottom drawer.

I couldn’t be happier with my choice of this queen-size Murphy bed. The dresser-style design is not only functional but also very pleasing to the eye—it blends beautifully into the room and doesn’t feel bulky or utilitarian at all. The added perk of the USB connection is a huge plus and makes the setup even more convenient. The mattress is surprisingly very comfortable and fits seamlessly into the unit, which was important to me. Overall, this Murphy bed exceeded my expectations in both comfort and design, and I’m extremely happy with this purchase.

This furniture was made well. My husband said that the instructions were the best instructions he has seen with putting together furniture. The only complaint we may have is that the mattress was not quite comfortable but we were able to buy a foam mattress that could go over it, and that made a huge difference. Overall this was a great buy.

Looks great and may work okay on tile or wood floors, but not on carpets. Snags up on carpet and will not open without two people and a lot of work. Gave it a 3/5 because it looks nice.
