This was purchased as a track upgrade for the strobe feature, however I like to look of the product, functionality, and ease at which it installed. As others have stated. The gasket is thicker than the OEM light, so expect it to protrude slightly, or replace it with a thinner material. The light took about an hour to install, the most difficult part was removal of the factory OEM light, as the space is limited between the sheet metal panels. ... show more

I can't attest to this thing fitting my 2020 Camaro 3rd brake light slot or NOT. But ALL of the 3 reviews said there were fitment and quality issues. So, it tells me DONT BUY IT!! Now I have to give them 5 stars out if fairness but I wanted to tell you that little things on Car Guys Cars (or Car Girls👍cars). MATTER!! And the last thing I want is a 5th gen or just poorly made hunk of poorly copied 🇨🇳 junk on my AMERCICAN CAR!!!! (They do make Csmaros in China so there could actually be a build difference or things that are more plug and pray than plug and play. Keep the reviews coming...I will look elsewhere for my blacked out 3rd brake light!!! ... show more

Ordered the same exact one from American Muscle(at a lower price) but had to return due to the switch protruding where plug n play inserts. American muscle stated that the wires made no sense so I ordered this one because there are no pictures with the wires hanging out….WRONG! Also the foam insulation is also extra thick and makes installation difficult to impossible. Either trim foam down with a razor blade or try and find new insulation( why is this so difficult!!) What should be about a 20-30 min install( 2 min to unplug and replug new one) is a VERY FRUSTRATING ENDEAVOR. Do not purchase this unless you would like to be extremely frustrated. The light works as described but it didn’t fit well at all. Might have just been my specific one but I had to switch the metal brackets on the back and put the original ones on. Also the foam around the light was too thick and it wouldn’t sit correctly. I also had to remove that and use another method to have it stay in place.
