They took the time to develop good common sense and thick heavy materials to pack the drawer unit with. The build quality is excellent for the price. The hardware is very good. The bolt on casters lined up perfectly with the mounting holes as well as the hex head bolts being high quality. Two of the castes are locking and all 4 swivel 360*. This item does not match the pictures. The pictures show full length pull out drawer slides. The one I got does not have these nicer drawer slides and the drawers only pull out about half way. The pictures also show nicer rubberized wheels. The one I got has solid plastic wheels. You don’t notice these things until you totally unpack it. Making it not worth the trouble to repack and return. I am so tired of unscrupulous dealers peddling inferior merchandise that is shown as a better item. ... show more

Item was damaged before packaging since package was intact when received. Front top corners were dented and the chrome handles on the drawers were scraped through the protective film. Drawers did not fully extend as stated in the product description and the drawer slides were not as pictured, but a cheaper riveted design that did not glide smoothly.     • Quality is a bit of a gamble but if you can get it while it's discounted, can be worth it.
I bought one of these. The first had scuffs on the handle parts of the drawers. Decent enough to buy another for the price, didn't think anything of it until the second one came damaged and Amazon replaced it without too much hassle. The replacement came and the wheels are plastic whereas the first one I ordered came with nice rubber wheels that are similar to my other "heavy duty" wheels I have on other things. The plastic ones look like they may get dinged up on the shop floor or even possibly cracked. Also, the drawers don't come all the way out so reaching stuff stored in the back can be a bit difficult.
